SUMMER EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES AT THE POOL
Each season, the Boulder Elks Pool & Patio hires approximately 35 staff members to facilitate the seasonal operation of the pool. About half of these positions are for Lifeguards, and half are SnackShackers. So if you're looking for a Summer gig that's a little bit out of the ordinary, perhaps we might be a good fit.

LIFEGUARDS
Must have Red Cross Lifeguard Certification before May 17, 2024
The Elks Pool will be hosting guard certification/recertification in April. Time/Date TBA.
Must be 15-yrs-old at the conclusion of your Lifeguard Training/Certification (Red Cross rule)
Starting salary is $16. Salary range is $16-$21/hr.
Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Swim team members are strongly encouraged to apply.
Must be available to work 2-4 shifts per week for 80% of the season (mid-May to Mid-September)
Bonus pay for special events and possible reimbursements for training expenses.

SNACKSHACKERS
Must be a minimum of 14-years of age (state law)
Starting salary is $15 with bonus possibilities.
Must have strong interpersonal, math and communication skills.
Must be available to work 2-4 shifts per week for 80% of the season (mid-May to Mid-September)
Bonus pay for special events.
